For most of my adult life (excluding the college days), I favored a somewhat healthy lifestyle. But let’s just face it, I too waxed and waned on staying healthy and subscribed to fad diets and exercise gimmicks. I was around during the days when hanging upside down from a pair of gravity boots was considered healthy!
A key turning point was attending and graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where I learned a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we can co-create a completely personalized action plan based on your goals to move toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, and resources.
I have since committed to understanding the relationships between the “non edible forces” that feed me (spirituality, career, relationships and exercise), and how they impact my food choices, exercise, and ultimately my happiness. YES… I am happier than ever! I experienced the transformation from what I thought was healthy to the real deal. This transformation took time, but I stayed committed and know that it is possible for you as well.
Through a blended approach of evidence-based knowledge, my goal is to assist you in a coaching manner to achieve your goals…whatever they may be…losing weight, lowering your blood pressure, sleeping better, AND most importantly…be happier!
