Before I started working with my health coach, Peggy, I thought I was eating a healthy diet. But I soon realized that I was relying on too much processed food, eating too much hidden sugar, and really not getting enough of the right foods. After working with Peggy for a couple of months, I am eating better, exercising more, and feeling much more energetic. I have improved my diet with daily green vegetables and more whole grains, less sugar, healthier foods like brown rice and quinoa and instead of white rice and potatoes, and even added some fermented foods – “true”. I have lost some weight and am continuing this trend. I am more disciplined in my eating and I feel so much better. I just feel healthier.
